When a young, ambitious software house like Branch Twist decides to try a different collaboration model, the result is bound to be interesting. This is the story of a concrete, challenging, and fast-moving project that confirmed how effective my monthly subscription and goal-oriented approach can be.
Branch Twist is a Turin-based software house founded by partners with successful entrepreneurial experience, including several major exits. The team has a strong business culture and a clear vision: building innovative solutions without being tied to traditional models such as full-time employment or hourly billing.
